Multiple Correspondence Analysis of Influencing Factors of Power Safety Accidents and Optimization of Control Measures

  • 摘要: 为研究电力生产中安全事故各影响因素间的关联关系,揭示电力安全事故发生的深层次机理,基于现场电力安全事故统计案例,利用人因分析与分类系统模型找出电力安全事故中的高频人为因素,并对影响电力安全事故发生的人为因素与设备因素、影响工作人员安全制度认知水平的各因素进行了多重对应分析,研究发现:安全监督在维护电力生产安全方面占据重要地位;电力安全事故与各影响因素之间存在复杂的非线性相关关系;安全制度认知水平受多种因素影响,应开展差异化、针对性安全制度宣贯。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the correlation among the influencing factors of safety accidents in electric power production,reveal the deep-seated mechanism of electric power safety accidents,based on the statistic cases of electric power safety accidents on the job site,human Factors Analysis and Classi classification System(HFACS) model is used to find out the high frequency Human Factors in power safety accidents.This paper also performs multiple corresponding analysis on the human factors,the equipment factors and the factors that influence the cognition level of workers for safety system.It is found that safety supervision plays an important role in the maintenance of power production safety,and there is a complex nonlinear correlation between power safety accidents and the influencing factors.The cognition level of workers for safety system is dominated by multiple factors,which requires the performance of differentiated and targeted safety system publicity.
