基于高速电力线载波通信的智能终端设计

Intelligent Terminal Design Based on High Speed Power Line Carrier Communication

  • 摘要: 随着高速电力线载波通信(HPLC)的大规模推广应用,现场运维工作量骤增,不同厂家采用各自的终端设备运维,导致资源利用率低,运维成本高,而且同一台区多厂家混装HPLC通信单元的情况进一步增加了现场运维难度。针对现场运维终端设备的局限性,设计开发了一种基于HPLC技术的智能终端,适用于单、三相电能表和集中器HPLC通信单元之间的通信,并根据最新规范设计了数据链路层通用协议,从根本上解决了不同厂家终端设备互抄不通的运维难题,实现了终端运维设备的功能统一。通过测试,说明该智能终端具备电力线载波抄表、红外抄表、二维码扫描、现场工况评测等功能,满足了现场运维人员的多种工作需要。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale promotion and application of high-speed power line carrier communication(HPLC),the workload of on-site operation and maintenance increases sharply.Different manufacturers adopt their own terminal equipment operation and maintenance, which leads to low resource utilization rate and high operation and maintenance cost, moreover, the mixed installation of HPLC communication units by multiple manufacturers in the same station area further increases the difficulty of field operation and maintenance.Aiming at the limitations of the terminal equipment of field operation and maintenance, an intelligent terminal based on HPLC technology is designed and developed, which is suitable for the communication between the HPLC communication unit of single and three-phase watt-hour meter and concentrator.According to the latest specifications, the general protocol of data link layer is designed, which fundamentally solves the operation and maintenance problem that terminal equipment from different manufacturers cannot copy each other, and realizes the function unification of terminal operation and maintenance equipment.Through the test, it is shown that the intelligent terminal has the functions of power line carrier meter reading, infrared meter reading, two-dimensional code scanning, field condition evaluation and so on, which can meet the various work needs of field operation and maintenance personnel.
