Abstract:
Multi-site fusion substation is an important development direction of urban power grid and integrated energy construction in the future. However, there are no national and industry technical standars of monitoring and control system for multi-site substation. This paper proposes a modular design scheme of integrated monitoring and control system for multi-site fusion substation. It takes the substation monitoring and control system as the core, and integrates all the subsystem modules based on unified interface, unified protocol and same control strategy through hierarchical distributed network structure and DL/T 860 protocol. The scheme can promote the deep integration and interaction of "energy flow", "data flow" and "service flow" to realize the unified and coordinated control of all controllable devices and the intelligent management of panoramic data. According to different application scenarios, subsystem modules can be plug and play.According to the positioning and data flow characteristics of each subsystem, the equipment configuration, network configuration and security partition scheme of integrated monitoring and control system of multi-site fusion substation are put forwards. In addition, the development direction and application prospect of integrated monitoring and control technology for multi-site fusion substation are pointed out.
