Analysis of Anti-stealing Electricity in Low-voltage Distribution Station Area Based on Split-phase Line Loss

  • 摘要: 低压配电台区线损率是供电企业开展反窃电工作的重要依据,当前线损管控使用的台区线损率指标是由台区三相供售电量的总和计算得到,存在窃电用户台区线损率在合格范围内不被察觉的不足,因此,基于用电信息采集系统和高速电力载波通信技术,给出了台区分相线损率计算方法,结合实例表明,与台区线损率相比,台区分相线损率有利于辨别更多线损偏高台区,更准确定位线损偏高的范围。

     

    Abstract: The line loss rate of low-voltage distribution station area is an important basis for the power supply company to carry out anti-stealing work.At present, the line loss rate is calculated from the sum of the three-phase power supply and sales in the station area.There are short comings that the line loss rate of slation area of power-stealing users cannot be detected within qualified range.A calculation method of split-phase line loss rate in the station area is proposed based on the power information acquisition system and the high power line communicationtechnology.Combined with examples, it is shown that the split-phase line loss rate in the station area is conducive to identifying more station areas with high line loss and locating the range with high line loss more accurately, compared with the line loss rate of the station area.
