Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures of Low Success Rate of High-frequency Total Acquisition in HPLC Stations

  • 摘要: 针对窄带载波通信传输效率低,传输容量小,覆盖范围小,抗干扰能力弱,数据可靠性差等问题,介绍了基于用电信息采集系统的HPLC台区全量采集工作流程,从高频全量采集工作流程各环节入手,分析影响HPLC台区高频全量采集成功率低的主要原因,提出更换老旧表计、升级终端软件版本、终端任务配置、更换4G通信卡等改进措施,并通过实例验证,上述措施实施有效。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency,small transmission capacity,small coverage,weak anti-interference ability and poor data reliability of narrowband carrier communication,this paper introduces the workflow of total acquisition in HPLC station based on power consumption information acquisition system.Starting from each link of the workflow of high-frequency full volume collection,the main reasons affecting the low success rate of high-frequency total acquisition success rate in HPLC stations arc analyzed.Improvement measures are put forward including replacing old meters, upgrading terminal software version,configuning terminal tasks,and replacing 4 G communication card.Practical application shows that the above measures arc effective.
