Analysis and Diagnosis of Voltage-induced Thermal Defects in 35 kV Cable Terminal

  • 摘要: 介绍35 kV三芯电缆单相终端结构及电场情况,结合利用红外检测技术发现的35 kV电缆终端电压致热型缺陷典型案例,分析电缆终端电压致热型缺陷的主要原因以及电缆终端表面相间温差与缺陷严重程度的正相关性,提出电压致热型缺陷检修与防范建议,为超前预防电缆线路隐患、降低非计划停电率提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the single-phase terminal structure and electric field of 35 kV three-core cable, analyzes the main causes of the voltage-induced thermal defects of the cable terminal and the positive correlation between the phase-to-phase temperature difference on the surface of the cable terminal and the severity of the defect, combining with the typical case of the voltage-induced thermal defects of the 35 kV cable terminal discovered by the infrared detection technology, and puts forward the maintenance and prevention suggestions of the voltage-thermal defects.It provides reference for preventing the hidden danger of the cable line in advance and reducing unplanned outage rate.
