Abstract:
The formulation of wireless charging standards for electric vehicles is of great significance to the promotion and application of wireless charging technology in the automotive field. At present, the current electromagnetic environment testing standards of wireless charging systems for electric vehicles at home and abroad are different, and there are differences in regulations on the electromagnetic environment limits, test items, wireless charging system conditions and test locations.IEC 61980-1-2015 and ISO 19363-2020 stipulate that electromagnetic environment testing is limited to electromagnetic field testing, and the latter focuses on the simulation and verification of the wireless charging system for human exposure to electromagnetic field; SAE J 2954-2020 and GB/T 38775.4-2020 both involve contact current testing, and the electromagnetic environment test procedures are basically the same. The national standard GB/T 38775.4-2020 is developed on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign guidelines and standards, the test method provisions are relatively perfect, the electromagnetic environment limits are relatively reliable, and can be used as a reference standard for the electromagnetic environment test of electric vehicles wireless charging and the production system of charging facilities.
