负荷聚合商参与调峰市场调度权综合评价模型研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Participation of Load Aggregators in Peak Regulating Market Dispatching Right

  • 摘要: 用户侧可调节负荷参与调峰市场的发展前景广阔,为保证调峰市场负荷聚合商公平竞争,建立了负荷聚合商参与日前调峰市场的调度权综合评价模型。首先针对不同负荷聚合商的响应调峰特性,基于负荷聚合商的申报信息以及历史响应情况,从技术类、经济类、社会类、自然环境类4个方面建立负荷聚合商的指标体系;然后基于熵权法和TOPSIS法构建综合评价模型,对负荷聚合商进行排序,确定不同负荷聚合商的调度权;最后对某地区负荷聚合商进行实例验证,结果表明所提方法能确定参与调峰市场的负荷聚合商类别和优先调度权。

     

    Abstract: The adjustable load of user-side participating in the peak regulating market has a broad development prospect.In order to ensure fair competition among load aggregators in the peaking market, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for participation of load aggregators in the day-ahead peaking regulating market a few days ago.Firstly, the index system of load aggregators is established based on the declared information of load aggregators and their historical responses in four aspects.Technical, economic, social and natural environment.Then a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on the entropy power method and TOPSIS method to rank load aggregators and determine the dispatching right of different load aggregators.Finally, an example of load aggregator in a region is given.The results show that the proposed method is able to determine the categories of load aggregators and priority dispatching rights of load aggregators participating in the peak regulating market.
