Abstract:
The adjustable load of user-side participating in the peak regulating market has a broad development prospect.In order to ensure fair competition among load aggregators in the peaking market, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for participation of load aggregators in the day-ahead peaking regulating market a few days ago.Firstly, the index system of load aggregators is established based on the declared information of load aggregators and their historical responses in four aspects.Technical, economic, social and natural environment.Then a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on the entropy power method and TOPSIS method to rank load aggregators and determine the dispatching right of different load aggregators.Finally, an example of load aggregator in a region is given.The results show that the proposed method is able to determine the categories of load aggregators and priority dispatching rights of load aggregators participating in the peak regulating market.
