基于回归算法修正的分布式光伏弃限电量统计方法

A Statistical Method of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Curtailment Based on Regression Algorithm Modification

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统新能源占比越来越高,分布式光伏逐渐参与调峰任务,弃限电量正确统计成为了事关双碳战略推进与用户电价补贴的重要课题。针对调峰后分布式光伏弃限电量难以正确统计的问题,提出了一种基于回归算法修正的分布式光伏弃限电量统计方法,在分析总结分布式光伏样板机法的基础上,加入分布式光伏历史曲线信息,建立基于回归算法修正的分布式光伏弃限电量统计模型。该方法相比于样板机法能够更地好适应外部环境的变化,相比于测光法能更好地利用当下的样板机光伏数据,可以实现分布式光伏调峰后弃限电量的更精准统计,为分布式光伏的规划管理和投资建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing proportion of new energy in the power system, distributed photovoltaics are gradually participating in peak shaving tasks.How to correctly count the amount of abandoned electricity has become an important issue related to the promotion of the dual-carbon strategy and the user electricity price subsidy.Aiming at the situation that the distributed power curtailment is difficult to be counted correctly after peak shaving, this paper introduces a method for the statistics of distributed photovoltaic curtailment power modified based on regression algorithm modification.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the distributed photovoltaic template method, the historical curve information of distributed photovoltaic is added, and the statistical model of distributed photovoltaic power curtailment is established based on regression algorithm modification.This method can better adapt to the changes of the external environment than the template machine method, and can better use the current template machine photovoltaic data than the photometric method.It can realize more accurate statistics of the power curtailment after distributed photovoltaic peak regulation, and provide a reference for the planning, management, investment and construction of distributed photovoltaics.
