  • 摘要: 变电站直流系统能够为电气设备提供控制和动力电源,但由于直流断路器选型多依靠工程设计经验,缺少对其进行级差配合测试的相关规定,容易产生越级跳闸现象,扩大事故范围。介绍了一种基于直流断路器安秒特性曲线的级差配合校验方法,并以220 kV户内、户外、半户内3种常用变电站内直流系统为例,搭建试验平台进行直流断路器级差配合试验,结果表明,第二级直流断路器选用100 A即可同时满足负荷电流和极差配合要求,提出220 kV变电站直流系统断路器通用建议选型方案。

     

    Abstract: Substation DC system could provide control and power supply for electrical equipment, but the selection of DC circuit breaker mostly depended on engineering design experience, was lack of the relevant provisions of the range matching test, which was easily to produce leap-level trip phenomenon and expand the range of accidents.In view of the above hidden problems, this paper introduced a stage difference coordination verification method based on ampere-second characteristic curve of circuit breaker, and took the 220 kV indoor, outdoor and semi-indoor DC systems as examples to build a test platform for circuit breaker stage difference coordination testing.The test results showed that for the second level circuit breaker, 100 A could meet the requirements of load current and stage difference coordination.Finally, the paper put forward the general proposed selection scheme of DC circuit breakers in 220 kV substations in the Hebei Southern Grid area.
