Coordinated Planning of Distribution Network Based on Substation Capacity and Interval Resources

  • 摘要: 针对电力系统中存在的变电站容量和间隔资源规划问题,提出了一种基于分层模型和二进制粒子群算法的协调规划方法。首先进行外层规划以提高变电站对区域内负荷集群节点的优化;然后在进行内层规划上根据间隔与负荷集群节点的关联关系进行优化调整;最后利用二进制粒子群算法获取变电站容量和间隔资源的最优分配方案。应用表明该算法能够充分考虑变电站容量隔离利用电网间隔资源,有效提高了电力系统的运行效率和可靠性,对电网规划具有重要指导作用。

     

    Abstract: A coordinated planning method based on hierarchical model and binary particle swarm optimization(PSO) was proposed to solve the problem of substation capacity and interval resource planning in power system.Firstly,the outer layer planning is carried out to improve the optimization of load cluster nodes in the substation.Then,in the inner planning,it optimizes the allocation of substation capacity and interval resources according to the association relationship between the same partition and cargo and load cluster nodes.Finally,it uses binary particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal allocation scheme of substation capacity and interval resources.Experimental analysis shows that this algorithm can fully consider substation capacity isolation and utilize grid spacing resources,effectively improve the operation efficiency and reliability of power system,and has an important guiding role in power network planning.
