Abstract:
Aiming at the application defect of conventional heat pump in the field of industrial waste heat recovery, this study aims at a new type of heat pump with deep coupling of compression and absorption cycle, which is used to directly recover industrial waste heat to produce hot water of high temperature. Firstly, we introduced the operation principle of the coupled heat pump cycle. Then the thermodynamic model of the coupled heat pump was established. Finally, we calculated and analyzed the effects of compression condensation, evaporation temperature and outlet temperature of residual hot water on the performance of the coupled heat pump. Under the design condition, when 75 ℃ surplus hot water is recovered, the coupling heat pump can heat the high-temperature hot water from 90 ℃ to 135 ℃, and the COP can reach 1.75, which significantly improves the working range of the conventional heat pump. The research results provide a basis for the design and operation of the unit.
