Abstract:
Wind power generation is a hot field in the development of electric power system in recent years, and the study on stability of wind power system has become an important subject. The shaft model of asynchronous wind turbine is composed of wind turbine, shaft, asynchronous generator and other components. It is particularly important to analyze and study the stability of the model operation. Based on the existing five-mass shaft model of asynchronous wind turbine, we reduced the model. Considering that some parameters in the model may be uncertain values varying within some ranges in the actual system, we used the related theories of dynamical system stability and the Gersgorin disk theorem. This paper discussed a method to find the parameter stabilizing region that did not change the stability of the model when the model was in steady state. This method provides a reference for studying the instability problem of power system with asynchronous wind turbine. Finally, the method was verified by the numerical simulation, and the result shows that it is practical and effective.
