计及用户满意度的综合需求响应优化模型

Integrated demand response optimization model considering user satisfaction

  • 摘要: 激励型综合需求响应是削峰填谷、提高能源利用效率的重要途径,对于实现双碳目标具有重要意义。为充分发挥综合能源系统优势,针对居民综合能源系统,考虑激励型综合需求响应,建立了居民负荷优化模型。模型中,用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)刻画了用户的满意度,引入曼哈顿距离来表示用户参与激励型综合需求响应的响应效果,综合能源系统负荷聚合商对用户采取差异化的激励价格以降低激励补偿费用。以北方某居民小区为例,所有用户用能满意度的平均数略微降低,大部分用户愿意牺牲部分用能的满意度换取一定的经济效益。结果表明,该优化模型可有效平抑用户负荷波动,平衡运营商的激励补偿成本和响应效果。

     

    Abstract: Incentive integrated demand response is an important way to cut peak load and fill valley and improve energy efficiency,which is of great significance to achieve the dual carbon goal.In order to give full play to the advantages of integrated energy system,according to the resident’s integrated energy system,considering the incentive-type integrated demand response,this paper establishes a resident load optimization model.In the model the AHP method is used to characterize user satisfaction,Manhattan distance is introduced to express the response effect of users participating in the incentive-type comprehensive demand response,and the comprehensive energy system load aggregator adopts differentiated incentive prices for users to reduce incentive compensation cost.Taking a residential area in the north of China as an example,the average of all users’ satisfaction with energy consumption is slightly reduced,and most users are willing to sacrifice part of their satisfaction with energy consumption in exchange for certain economic benefits.The results show that the fluctuation of user load can be effectively suppressed,and the incentive compensation cost and response effect of operators can be balanced by using the optimization model.
