摘要: 研究一种基于数字实时微差原理的合并单元测试仪检定方法,通过对模拟信号高速采样后经过FPGA系统输出IEC 61850-9-2规约的连续数字报文,并通过误差模型实时完成了数字误差的叠加,用该方法实现的装置可以理解为1台可以设定任意比差和相位差数值的高精度合并单元,从而完成对合并单元测试仪的误差校准。经过对误差模型的实时仿真和实物测试,其误差数据的准确性和稳定性都能满足相关技术规范的要求。该成果的应用将有助于完善国家数字化电能计量的溯源体系,对于全面推进数字化电能计量体系建设具有重要的意义。Abstract: A verification method of merging unit tester based on the principle of digital real-time micro-difference is studied,this method can output the continuous digital message of IEC 61850-9-2 protocol after the high-speed sampling of the analog signal through the FPGA system,also real-time superposition of digital error is completed by error model.The device realized by this method can be understood as a high-precision merging unit that can set any ratio and phase error values,thereby it can complete the error calibration of the merging unit tester.Through the real-time simulation and physical test of the error model,the accuracy and stability of the error data can meet the requirements of relevant technical specifications.The application of this result will help improve the traceability system of the national digital electric energy measurement,and is of great significance to comprehensively promote the construction of digital power metering system.
