基于液氮灭火的锂电池用消防系统技术研究

摘要: 锂电池储能在电力系统中的应用越来越广泛,锂电池储能电站起火或爆炸时有发生,其消防安全研究一直在寻求新的突破。介绍了现阶段应用于锂电池消防的技术,分析了其中的不足;同时研究了锂电池储能系统热失控的原因和基本原理,并针对锂电池储能消防的特殊性设计了高效的液氮消防系统及其控制技术。设计了基于液氮消防系统的灭火试验箱,通过实验验证了液氮消防在锂电池过充燃烧条件下的灭火效果,证明了其用于锂电池储能灭火的安全性、高效性。Abstract: Lithium battery energy storage is widely used in power system. Catastrophes such as fire or explosion of energy storage power station caused by lithium battery often occur. The fire safety research of lithium battery energy storage system has been seeking new breakthroughs. This paper introduces the technology of fire protection of lithium battery at present stage, and analyzes its deficiency and harm. At the same time, the reason and basic principle of the thermal runaway of the lithium battery energy storage system were studied. Aiming at the particularity of lithium battery energy storage fire protection, an efficient liquid nitrogen fire protection system and its control technology are designed. In this paper, a fire extinguishing test chamber based on liquid nitrogen fire fighting system is designed. The experiment verifies the fire extinguishing effect of liquid nitrogen fire fighting under the condition of lithium battery overcharge combustion, and proves the safety and efficiency of its application in lithium battery energy storage fire extinguishing.
