碳达峰背景下退役锂电池梯次利用电热管理技术

Electrothermal Management Technology for Cascade Utilization of Retired Lithium Batteries Under the Background of Carbon Peak

  • 摘要: 退役锂电池的性能衰退导致其安全风险增加,近年来退役锂电池梯次利用的安全问题已逐渐成为了制约其大规模产业化的关键问题。为推进电池电热管理技术的研究进展,针对退役锂电池梯级利用中的安全问题,首先分析了其风险评估技术现状以及其电、热两方面风险评估技术难点,然后针对电管理技术以及其发展趋势进行了分析,之后梳理了退役锂电池热管理技术的建模与管控方法。最后基于上述分析,对未来退役锂电池梯级利用的发展与走向进行了总结与展望。

     

    Abstract: The performance decline of retired lithium batteries leads to increased safety risks. In recent years, the safety problem of cascade utilization of retired lithium batteries has gradually become a key problem restricting their large-scale industrialization. In order to promote the research progress of battery electrothermal management technology, aiming at the retired lithium battery cascade utilization of security problems, we firstly analyze the current situation of risk assessment technology of retired lithium batteries, and the technical difficulties of the two aspects which are electrical and thermal risk assessmen. Then, we analyze the current status and development trend of electric management technology, and summarize the retired batteries thermal management technology of modeling and control methods. Finally, based on the analysis above, the development and trend of retired lithium batteries cascade utilization in the future are summarized and prospected.
