数字孪生技术在输变电设备状态评估中的应用现状与发展展望

Application Status and Development Prospects of Digital Twin Technology in Condition Assessment of Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment

  • 摘要: 对输变电设备的运行状态进行评估是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段。传统输变电设备状态评估存在状态感知不全面、数据质量低、评估模型构建困难等瓶颈问题。数字孪生技术打通了实体—感知—建模—应用的全链路流程,基于新型传感技术实现对输变电设备状态的全面感知,根据输变电设备的运行特征实现传感装置评估、数据深度治理,依靠大数据分析、数据挖掘等构建输变电设备数字孪生体,实现输变电设备的状态差异化评价、故障精准诊断和状态准确预测。数字孪生技术与状态评估技术的深度融合将推动输变电设备的运维管理迈向智慧时代。为此对数字孪生技术在输变电设备状态评估中的应用进行了分析,阐述了包括状态感知、数据治理、模型构建和应用在内的数字孪生技术的具体应用,总结探讨了数字孪生技术在输变电设备状态评估中的应用现状,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of the operation condition of power transmission and transformation equipment is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. The traditional state evaluation of power transmission and transformation equipment has bottlenecks such as incomplete state perception, low data quality, and difficulty in building evaluation model. Digital twin technology opens up the whole link process of entity-perception-modeling-application. Based on the new sensing technology, the comprehensive perception of the condition of power transmission and transformation equipment is realized. According to the operating characteristics of power transmission and transformation equipment, sensor device evaluation, and data in-depth governance are realized. Based on big data analysis, data mining and other technologies, the digital twin of power transmission and transformation equipment is constructed, which realizes the state differentiation evaluation, accurate fault diagnosis and accurate state prediction of power transmission and transformation equipment. The in-depth integration of digital twin and condition assessment technology will promote the operation and maintenance management of power transmission and transformation equipment to a smart era. This paper analyzes the application of digital twin technology in the condition assessment of power transmission and transformation equipment, and elaborates the specific application of digital twin technology including condition sensing, data governance, model construction, and application. The application status of digital twin technology in the condition assessment of power transmission and transformation equipment is summarized and discussed, and prospects in its future development trend are presented.
