天然酯变压器的精细化热分析与电气强度校核

Refined Thermal Analysis and Electrical Strength Check of Natural Ester Transformer

  • 摘要: 由于天然酯油的理化特性,以天然酯油为冷却介质的变压器温升高于同结构矿物油变压器的温升。为了解决天然酯油变压器温升较高,且无可靠解析计算式的问题,以一台型号SWFZ–40000/132天然酯变压器为研究对象,建立变压器电磁场和流体场的精细化仿真模型,精确计算变压器的损耗;分析研究轴向油道高度对变压器绕组温升的影响,合理设计变压器的冷却结构,有效抑制变压器的绕组热点温升;校核变压器的主绝缘强度,保证变压器电气安全性。最后通过变压器的试验验证了理论分析的正确性。

     

    Abstract: Due to the physical and chemical properties of natural ester oil, the temperature rise of transformer with natural ester oil as cooling medium is higher than that of mineral oil transformer with the same structure. In order to solve the problem that the temperature rise of natural ester oil transformer is high and there is no reliable analytical calculation formula, we take an SWFZ−40000/132 natural ester transformer as a research object to establish a refined simulation model of electromagnetic field and fluid field of transformer. Moreover, we accurately calculate the loss of transformer, analyze the influence of axial oil duct height on the temperature rise of transformer winding, and reasonably design the transformer. The main insulation strength of transformer is checked to ensure the electrical safety of transformer. Finally, the correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by the test of transformer.
