  • 摘要: 随着新能源技术的不断发展,电力系统中新能源占比日益增大,电力电子设备量增多,逐渐形成了新型电力系统。在新型电力系统不断完善的过程中,产生了不同于传统电力系统的结构和模式,在经济性、技术性、稳定性等方面均面临严峻挑战。首先在电源侧,系统中的多元化清洁能源占比增大且成为主体;其次在电网侧,在原有大电网的基础上增加了局域网这一结构;再次在负荷侧,逐渐形成了多能互补、源荷互动发展的格局;最后,储能将成为新型电力系统不可或缺的元素。传统的评估体系已不能用来评估新型电力系统。为了更加准确地评估“源网荷储”系统,整理出了一套评估指标体系。该体系考虑了包括经济性、可靠性、能源利用、技术性和环保性在内的多个方面。详细分析了每个指标的物理含义与数学模型,同时,详细介绍了几种用于评估的综合方法,并给出了其适用场景。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of new energy technology, the proportion of new energy in the power system is increasing, the amount of power electronic equipment is increasing, and a new power system is gradually formed. In the process of continuous improvement of the new power system, different structures and models have emerged from the traditional power system, which face severe challenges in terms of economy, technology and stability. First, on the power supply side, the proportion of diversified clean energy in the system increases and becomes the main body. Secondly, on the power grid side, a local area network structure is added on the basis of the original large power grid, and on the load side, a multi-energy complementation is gradually formed, and the pattern of interactive development of source and load is formed. Finally, energy storage will become an indispensable element of the new power system. The traditional evaluation system can no longer be used to evaluate the new power system. In order to accurately evaluate the "source, network, load and storage" system, this paper has compiled a set of evaluation index system, which takes into account the factors including economy, reliability, energy utilization.The technical and environmental aspects are included, and the physical meaning and mathematical model of each indicator are analyzed in detail. At the same time, several comprehensive methods for evaluation are introduced in detail, and their applicable scenarios are given.
