Modeling and Application Prospect of Large-scale Energy Storage Power Station

  • 摘要: 针对大型储能电站建模层级不明确、定位不清晰以及模型应用场景适应性不足的问题,该文提出了新型能源体系下大型储能电站建模体系框架及应用展望。首先,从储能定位和电力系统稳定性两个视角阐释了储能系统建模需求。其次,提出了储能电站多时间尺度建模的整体框架和方法;以实际电网为例,提供了多类型模型应用场景选取原则和匹配建议。研究表明,电力系统稳定性框架直接催生储能建模需求,同时提供了不同储能模型的应用场景;储能模型应用不仅包含储能装置特性和稳定特性校验,更囊括储能对能源电力转型的支撑能力评估。研究结论为储能建模构建了系统化思路,为储能模型应用提供指导性意见,有助实现储能电站相关分析辅助决策。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of unclear modeling level, unclear positioning and insufficient adaptability of model application scenarios for large-scale energy storage power stations, this paper puts forward the modeling system framework and application prospect of large-scale energy storage power stations under the new energy system. Firstly, the paper explains the modeling requirements of energy storage system from two perspectives of energy storage positioning and power system stability. Secondly, the overall framework and method of multi-time scale modeling of energy storage power station are proposed. An actual power grid is taken as an example, and the selection principles and matching suggestions of multi-type model application scenarios are provided. The research shows that the power system stability framework directly generates the demand for energy storage modeling, and provides different application scenarios of energy storage models. The application of energy storage model not only includes the energy storage device characteristics and stability characteristics verification, but also includes the evaluation of energy storage's support capacity for energy and power transformation. The research conclusions can be adopt to build a systematic idea for energy storage modeling, and also provide guidance for the application of energy storage models, which is helpful to realize the analysis and decision-making related to energy storage power stations.
