ChatGPT类大语言模型赋能电力标准数字化转型的核心技术、技术特征及应用展望

Core Technologies, Technical Characteristics, and Application Prospects of ChatGPT Class Big Language Models on the Digital Transformation of Standards in Electric Power Field

  • 摘要: 大语言模型是推进标准数字化转型工作的关建技术,探索ChatGPT类大语言模型赋能电力标准数字化转型的核心技术、技术特征及应用展望具有重要意义。该文在介绍ChatGPT和电力标准数字化转型的概念基础上,提出了ChatGPT类大语言模型赋能电力标准数字化转型的核心技术和技术特征;对于电力标准本身数字化,通用ChatGPT公共大语言模型可推进电力标准形态多元化呈现;对于电力标准化过程数字化,专用ChatGPT电力大语言模型可推进电力标准知识深度化应用。同时,指出了ChatGPT类大语言模型对电力标准数字化转型的变革影响,包括改变电力标准数据标注方式、电力标准数据知识挖掘方式、电力标准文献资源检索模式、电力标准信息获取与梳理模式、人类与机器交互模式5个变革影响。最后,从应用模式、应用框架、应用具体案例、未来应用方向4个方面,提出了ChatGPT类大语言模型对电力标准数字化转型的应用展望,并指出了技术局限性、实施复杂性、标准化建设特殊性、经济成本效益性4方面挑战与限制。

     

    Abstract: The big language model technology is a key technology for promoting the digital transformation of standards. It is of great significance to explore the core technologies, technical characteristics, and application prospects of ChatGPT class big language models to empower the digital transformation of standards in electric power field. This paper introduces the concepts of ChatGPT and the digital transformation of power standards, and proposes the core technologies and technical characteristics on the digital transformation of standards in electric power field. For the digitalization of power standards themselves, the universal ChatGPT public big language model can promote the diversified presentation of power standard forms. For the digitalization of power standardization process, the professionally-used ChatGPT power big language model can promote the deep application of power standard knowledge. At the same time, it is pointed out that the development of ChatGPT has a transformative impact on the digital transformation of standards in electric power field, including changing the way of which power standard data are annotated, the way of which power standards data are mined, the power standards literature resources retrieval mode, the mode of power standards information acquisition and sorting, and the mode of human machine interaction. Finally, the application prospects of ChatGPT-based big language models for the digital transformation of power standards are proposed from four aspects: application mode, application framework, specific application cases, and future application directions. The challenges and limitations faced in terms of technical limitations, implementation complexity, standardization construction specificity, and economic cost-effectiveness are also presented.
