Multi-objective Optimal Dispatch of Electric-gas Networks Considering Natural Gas Pipeline Leakage

  • 摘要: 电–气综合能源系统中天然气管道发生泄漏故障时,系统供电可靠性将受到严重威胁,故障后电力恢复与成本控制问题亟待解决。考虑天然气管道泄漏率对电网的影响,提出了一种多目标函数自适应变化的优化调度模型,并通过隶属函数与层次分析法对多目标函数进行处理,利用遗传粒子群算法对处理后的多目标函数求解,得到各出力机组的调度结果。最后通过算例证明所提模型在具有良好经济性同时,提高了系统的供电可靠性,增强了可再生能源的消纳能力。

     

    Abstract: When a natural gas pipeline leakage failure occurs in electric-gas networks, the reliability of the power supply will be threatened, and the problems of power recovery and cost control after the system failure need to be solved urgently. In this paper, an optimal dispatching model with adaptive change of multi-objective function considering the pipeline leakage is proposed. The multi-objective function is processed by membership function and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And the dispathing results of each output unit are obtained by genetic particle swarm optimization (GAPSO). The simulation results enhance the power supply reliability and the absorptive capacity of renewable energy, and the electric-gas networks based on the proposed optimal dispatching model possess a promising economy with adaptive change of multi-objective function.
