变频电机绝缘系统局部放电检测柔性传感器设计

Design of Flexible Sensor for PD Detection of Inverter-fed Motors Insulation System

  • 摘要: 在利用特高频(ultra high frequency,UHF)传感器对电机绝缘系统进行局部放电起始放电电压(partial discharge inception voltage,PDIV)测试时,现有的UHF传感器多为体积较大的刚性基底天线,测试位置的限制性较大。设计了一款可贴附在电机定子的柔性窄带天线,通过灵活改变测试位置实现更为准确的电机定子绝缘系统PDIV测试。设计天线总厚度为0.16 mm,尺寸为90 mm×100 mm。通过仿真与实测分析发现,天线弯曲曲率半径从1.5916 mm到11 cm变化时,谐振频点右移,其实际工作频带至少在0.7~1.2 GHz之间。搭建电机定子绝缘局部放电(partial discharge,PD)检测平台进行天线性能分析,实验表明相较于外置型阿基米德螺旋天线(Archimedean spiral antenna,ASA),内置柔性天线灵敏度较高,近场接收到的PDIV信号幅值至少为外置天线的100倍,PD频域分布在0.2~1.1 GHz之间。实验发现,柔性天线不同贴附位置检测灵敏度由高到低排序依次为:电机端部,内壁,外壁;将柔性天线贴附于电机外壁,可以在避免破坏电机结构的同时检测到电机离线实验或在线运行时绝缘产生的PD信号。

     

    Abstract: When the ultra high frequency (UHF) sensor is adopted to test the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV) of the motor insulation system, the existing UHF sensors are mostly rigid base antennas with large volume, and the test position is more restrictive. This paper designs a flexible narrow-band antenna that can be attached to the motor stator. By flexibly changing the test position, the PDIV of the motor stator insulation system can be sensitively detected. The total thickness of the designed antenna is 0.16 mm, and the size is 90 mm×100 mm. Through simulation and measurement analysis, it is found that when the antenna bending curvature radius changes from 1.5916 mm to 11 cm, the resonance frequency point shifts to the right, and its operating frequency band is at least 0.7~1.2 GHz. A motor stator insulation partial discharge(PD) detection platform is built to analyze the antenna performance. The experiment shows that, compared with the external Archimedean spiral antenna(ASA), the built-in flexible antenna has higher sensitivity, and the received PDIV signal amplitude is at least 100 times that of the external antenna. The frequency domain is distributed from 0.2 to 1.1 GHz. The experiment also shows that the detection sensitivity of the different attachment positions of the flexible antenna is ranked from high to low: the motor end, the inner wall, and the outer wall. Attaching the flexible antenna to the outer wall of the motor can avoid damaging the motor structure while detecting the PD signal generated by the insulation of the motor offline experiment or online operation.
