低温下C4F7N/CO2混合气体的绝缘特性与参数配置

Insulation Characteristics and Parameter Configuration of C4F7N/CO2 Gas Mixture at Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 为提出低温下满足液化温度和绝缘要求的C4F7N/CO2混合气体的参数配置,研究了C4F7N/CO2混合气体在低温下的绝缘特性。首先采用实验和计算得到了不同气压和混合体积比例下C4F7N/CO2混合气体的液化温度,结果表明计算得到的液化温度与实验数据较为相符。其次开展不同温度下C4F7N/CO2混合气体的工频击穿试验,获得了C4F7N/CO2混合气体的击穿电压随温度的变化。结果表明:气体在液化阶段的击穿电压标准差为液化后的2~7倍,且液化后混合气体的绝缘性能出现显著下降。此时击穿电压只与温度有关,基本不受混合体积比例的影响。考虑混合气体设备的应用需求,分别以–25 ℃和–30 ℃为最低使用温度,提出了满足要求的C4F7N/CO2混合气体参数配置方案,可为低温下C4F7N/CO2混合气体的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to put forward the parameter configuration of C4F7N/CO2 gas mixture meeting the requirements of liquefaction temperature and insulation at low temperatures, the liquefaction characteristics and low-temperature insulation characteristics of C4F7N/CO2 gas mixture were studied. The liquefaction temperature of C4F7N/CO2 at different gas pressures and mixing ratios was obtained through experiments and calculation. The calculated liquefaction temperature was in good agreement with the test data. The breakdown voltage of C4F7N/CO2 gas mixture was obtained by carrying out AC breakdown tests at different temperatures. It is found that the standard deviation of the breakdown voltage of the gas in the liquefaction stage is 2~7 times that of the liquefied gas, and the insulation performance of the liquefied gas mixture decreases significantly with temperature. At this time, the breakdown voltage is only related to temperature and no longer affected by the mixing ratio. The temperature of –25 ℃ and –30 ℃ is taken as the minimum service temperature, and the C4F7N/CO2 mixture parameter configuration scheme meeting the requirements is proposed, which can provide reference for the application of C4F7N/CO2 mixture at low temperatures.
