Abstract:
Building a new power system with renewable energy as the main body is an important measure to promote the realization of "double carbon" goal. With the continuous development of the construction of new-type power systems, the uncertain factors of power systems are becoming more and more complex and coupled with each other, which brings great challenges to the operation and scheduling of power systems. In recent years, a large number of research results have emerged for the scheduling problems of power systems considering uncertain factors. To summarize the current research status on uncertain scheduling in new power systems, to clarify the problems and key technologies that still need to be solved, and to clarify the future research directions and focus points, this paper presents a systematic research review. Based on the analysis of the content, year and distribution of published journals, this paper refines the hot spots of the power system scheduling. The uncertain factors, such as power supply, load, market environment, parameter and policy, are comprehensively analyzed. The uncertain scheduling problems are divided into two types: Wait-and-See and Here-and-Now. The corresponding solution methods of different models are summarized. Based on the existing research results, the application of uncertain optimal scheduling in new-type power system is discussed. Finally, prospects in the future development directions are put forward, and the summaries are given. The research results provide systematic models and methods for the study and applying uncertain scheduling of new-type power systems, and provide ideas and directions for further research.
