柔性直流输电技术在大电网中的应用与实践

Practical Experience of VSC-HVDC Transmission in Large Grid

  • 摘要: 柔性直流输电是基于电压源换流器原理的新型直流输电技术,具有无换相失败、有功无功解耦、运行稳定等优点,改善交直流相互影响问题和提高电网稳定性的作用显著。该文对柔性直流的技术特点和发展现状进行了介绍,系统性地阐述了柔性直流输电技术提升大电网稳定性方面的作用,介绍了我国柔性直流技术在大电网应用的工程实践经验,并展望了新型电力系统下柔性直流技术在电网惯性支撑、大规模新能源传输的新技术,为柔性直流技术在新型电力系统的发展与应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Voltage source converter based high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) is the new generation of HVDC technology, which has outstanding advantages such as avoiding commutation failure, active and reactive power decoupling, stable operation, etc. It has significant contribution to reduce the interaction of AC and DC system and improve the stability of power system. In this article, the technical characteristics and development of VSC-HVDC are introduced, the roles of VSC-HVDC in improving the stability of large grids are discussed, and the engineering experience of VSC-HVDC transmission system in China is shared. New control technology of VSC-HVDC in large grids such as inertia supporting and large-scale renewable energy transmission are also introduced. This paper provides a reference for the development and application of VSC-HVDC technology in the future power system.
