Evaluation of the Electricity Flexibility of Energy Supply System in Industrial Park Using Adjustable Robust Optimization Framework

  • 摘要: 工业园区通常具有本地多能源供能系统,可通过调整自发电参与电网灵活性市场服务,以促进可再生能源消纳,降低碳排放。为了准确评估其自身灵活性,同时降低传统鲁棒优化方法的保守性,提出一种基于可调鲁棒优化的灵活性边界求解框架。首先,参考典型灵活性服务对于服务提供商的要求,构建了工业园区供能系统多能耦合模型,并提出了相应的评估指标。接着,考虑工业园区供能系统状态不确定性,提出了一种基于箱式不确定集的可调鲁棒优化模型,通过在模型中引入保守度参数实现灵活性边界的灵活调控。该框架被应用于一个实际工业园区的供能系统中,结果表明该框架能够根据服务提供商灵活性能力和市场需求灵活地调控边界的保守性,兼顾灵活性服务带来的收益和不能按需提供服务的惩罚。

     

    Abstract: Industrial parks usually have onsite energy supply systems, which can regulate the electricity generation to participate in the ancillary service market. Before providing the ancillary service, facility owners need to evaluate the flexibility to ensure the energy supply security. In order to accurately evaluate their own flexibility and reduce the conservativeness of traditional robust optimization methods, a flexibility boundary solution framework based on adjustable robust optimization is proposed. Firstly, referring to the requirements of existing flexibility services to industrial sites, we developed a multi-energy coupling model of energy supply system in industrial park, and proposed the corresponding evaluation indices. Then, taking the state uncertainty of the energy supply system in industrial park into consideration, we proposed an adjustable robust optimization model based box uncertainty set. By introducing conservativeness parameter into the model, the flexible regulation of the flexibility boundary can be realized. The framework is applied to the energy supply system in an industrial park. The results show that the proposed framework can adjust the conservativeness of flexibility boundaries considering the conflict of incomes from flexibility provision and penalties for default to provide services on demands.
