基于图像边缘识别的输电线路拉线塔拉线张力测试方法

Tension Test Method for Guy Cables of Transmission Line Guyed Tower Based on Image Edge Recognition

  • 摘要: 输电线路拉线塔以其受力合理、经济性好的优点,被广泛应用于高压输电线路中。拉线张力的监测是保障拉线塔结构安全的重要手段。为了克服传统的张力测量方法稳定性差、精度低、效率不高的问题,提出利用相机采集拉线在人工或环境激励下的振动图像,基于边缘检测和形态学运算精准定位拉线区域,并进行边缘拟合,进而得到拉线区域的振动位移时程数据,在此基础上采用频率法计算拉线张力的方法。试验及工程应用表明:基于图像边缘识别的输电线路拉线塔拉线张力测试方法的最大测量误差不超过3%,且具有非接触的优点,在输电线路拉线塔结构安全评估中具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Transmission line guyed tower is widely used in high-voltage transmission lines because of its reasonable stress and good economy. The tension monitoring of guy cable is considered as an important means to ensure the structural safety of guyed tower. In order to overcome the problems of poor stability, low accuracy and low efficiency of traditional tension measurement methods, this paper proposes that vibration images of guy cables under artificial or environmental excitation are collected by camera, and the guy cable area is accurately located based on edge detection and morphological operations. Then the edge fitting is carried out to obtain the vibration displacement time history data of the guy cable area. On this basis, the tension of drawing wire is calculated by a frequency-based method. The experiment and engineering application show that the maximum measurement error of the tension measurement method of transmission line guyed tower based on image edge recognition is less than 3%. The method has the advantage of non-contact, and has a good application prospect in the structural safety evaluation of transmission line guyed tower.
