川藏铁路环境车顶绝缘子闪络特性研究综述

Review on Flashover Characteristics of Train Roof Insulators Under Environments on Sichuan-Tibet Railway

  • 摘要: 高速列车车顶绝缘子是保证列车安全运行的重要部件,起着机械支撑和电气绝缘的作用,任一绝缘子发生闪络都会导致高速列车供电中断甚至停运。川藏铁路沿线环境复杂恶劣,隧道群占比大,使得高速列车车顶绝缘子面临着高原低压、高温高湿等多种极端环境和气候特征,其绝缘子的设计和配置不同于电网绝缘子。因此,针对川藏列车运行下的特殊环境,文章综述了近年来国内外学者在不同条件下对绝缘子闪络特性影响研究的现状,包括高海拔低气压、高速气流、温度湿度以及温差环境,并根据列车实际运行工况,对绝缘子闪络特性研究中存在的问题进行分析;同时基于川藏铁路复杂环境对列车绝缘子闪络特性的研究方向进行展望,认为应重点研究高海拔下车顶绝缘子闪络电压的校正及实际车顶绝缘子的闪络特性等,为川藏铁路车顶绝缘子的设计和选择提供理论和技术参考。

     

    Abstract: Roof insulators of high-speed trains are important components to ensure the safe operation of trains. They play the roles of mechanical support and electrical insulation. Flashover of any insulator will lead to power supply interruption or even shutdown of high-speed trains. The Sichuan-Tibet railway faces the most challenges in the history of our country railway engineering due to bad and complex environments and more tunnel groups along the railway, thus, the high-speed train roof insulator faces the characteristics of plateau low pressure, high temperature and high humidity, and other extreme environments and climates, and the design and configuration of the insulator are different from those of transmission line insulator. Therefore, in view of fastening the train running under special circumstances, this article summarizes the present situation of research on the insulator flashover characteristics under different conditions by scholars at home and abroad, including high altitude low pressure, high speed air flow, temperature, and humid and large temperature difference environments; moreover, according to the actual train operation condition, the problems existing in the research of insulator flashover features are reviewed. At the same time, based on the complex environment of Sichuan-Tibet railway, the prospect in the research direction of flashover characteristics of train insulators is put porward, and it is believed that the correction of flashover voltage of roof insulators at high altitude and the study of flashover characteristics of actual roof insulators should be focused on, so as to provide theoretical and technical reference for the design and selection of insulators in the Sichuan-Tibet railway engineering.
