基于复合判据的小电流接地系统接地型早期故障检测

Grounded Incipient Fault Detection Based on Compound Criterion in Non-solidly Grounding System

  • 摘要: 为了准确检测早期故障扰动,及时感知配网线路状态,根据小电流接地系统中早期故障表现形式的多样性,同时计及相电压、相电流、零序电压和零序电流的特征,提出了基于复合判据的小电流接地系统接地型早期故障检测算法,并分析了通用触发检测判据对各类型早期故障检测的适应性。解决了现有早期故障检测算法未充分考虑小电流接地系统中早期故障表现形式多样性的问题,实现了对该类系统中同时存在的“单相接地型”和“异名相两点接地型”早期故障的灵敏、准确检测。基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真和现场实测数据进行验证,证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性,并分析了不同故障电阻情况下该方法的检测能力,得出其有效性临界曲线。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately detect incipient faults and perceive the status of distribution network lines in time, according to the diversity of fault manifestations, and taking into account characteristics of phase voltage, phase current, zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current, the grounded incipient fault detection algorithm based on compound criterion is proposed, and the adaptability of common trigger detection criterion to incipient fault occurred in such grounding system is analyzed in this paper. The algorithm can be adopted to solve the problem that existing incipient fault detection algorithms neglect the diversity of incipient fault in non-solidly grounding system, and to realize the sensitive and accurate detection of "single-phase grounding type" and "two-point grounding in two phases type" incipient fault occurred in such system. Simulation data based on PSCAD/EMTDC and field data verify the correctness and availability of this method. Then the detection ability of this method and its effectiveness critical curve under different fault resistance conditions are analyzed.
