基于振动与电抗信息的变压器绕组形变状态综合监测方法

Composite Monitoring Method for the State of Transformer Winding Deformation Based on Vibration and Reactance Information

  • 摘要: 变压器绕组经多次短路冲击后会出现潜伏性松散及形变故障,依据单一的监测方法难以区分诊断。该文提出了一种变压器绕组形变状态综合监测方法,建立振动和电抗信息综合监测模型诊断绕组松散状态和形变故障,建立绕组形变对应振动和电抗信息关系的数学方程与求解模型,研究变压器绕组松散及形变故障发生后振动与电抗信息的变化规律。针对1台500 kVA的变压器实验样机,进行短路电流冲击实验,并设计端部位置线圈叠绕、轴向拉伸松动和中部位置辐向延伸3种形变故障绕组。研制绕组形变状态多信息监测系统,开展正常绕组、多次短路电流冲击后松散绕组和形变故障绕组的数据测试与状态监测实验。实验结果为:松散绕组的振动信息为0.859 3,电抗信息变化率为0.096%;变形故障绕组的振动信息为0.876、0.917和0.849,电抗信息变化率为5.61%、3.31%和9.25%。结果表明:监测实验结果与绕组实际状态一致,该文提出的状态监测方法可以有效监测出松散绕组和形变故障绕组,为多信息监测与数字孪生技术的应用提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Looseness and deformation faults will appear in transformer winding after multiple short-circuit current shocks, and it is difficult to diagnose by single monitoring method. This paper proposes a composite monitoring method for state of transformer winding deformation. A model of vibration and reactance information monitoring is established to diagnose looseness and deformation faults winding. Mathematical equations and calculation models of winding deformation with vibration and reactance are established. Meanwhile, the laws of vibration and reactance information in looseness and deformation state are researched. Aiming at a 500 kVA transformer prototype, experiment of short circuit current impact is carried out, three kinds of deformation windings, including coil folding in end position, axial stretching looseness and radial extend in middle position are developed. Multi-information monitoring system of winding deformation state is designed. Data testing and state monitoring experiments on normal winding, loose winding after multiple short-circuit current impact and deformation fault windings are carried out. The experimental results show that, the vibration information of loose winding is 0.859 3, and the reactance information change rate is 0.096%. The vibration information of deformation fault windings are 0.876, 0.917 and 0.849, and the reactance information change rates are 5.61%, 3.31% and 9.25%. The experimental results indicate that the monitoring results are in accordance with practical status of windings. The new state monitoring method proposed in this paper can monitor the looseness and severely deformation status of windings effectively, which provide a basis for application of multi-information monitoring and digital twin.
