复合式组合电器三工位组合开关的设计与开发

Design and Development of Three-position Combination Switch of Compound Combined Electrical Apparatus

  • 摘要: 为了满足第三代智能变电站发展的需求,研制的具有结构简单、紧凑、可靠性高和安装维护简便等优点的复合式组合电器是发展第三代智能变电站的产品基础。该文介绍了复合式组合电器三工位组合开关常用的两种结构及性能参数,采用仿真分析软件对三工位组合开关进行电场仿真,并对部分组件进行强度校核。计算结果表明:两种三工位组合开关性能安全可靠,其绝缘、母线转换电压(100 V)、感应电流(B类)开合和机械寿命M2级(10 000次)等相关型式试验的顺利通过,以及国内外电站的应用验证了其设计的合理性。三工位组合开关的成功研制,实现了复合式组合电器开关设备的自主化设计及制造,为新时代智能化变电站的完善提升提供了设备支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the development needs of the third-generation smart substation, the developed composite combined electrical appliances with the advantages of simple structure, compactness, high reliability and easy installation and maintenance are the product basis for the development of the third-generation smart substation. This article introduces the two commonly used structures and performance parameters of the three-position combination switch of compound combined electrical appliances. The simulation analysis software is used to simulate the electric field of the three-position combination switch, and the strength of some components is checked. The calculation results show that the performance of the two three-position combination switches is safe and reliable. Moreover, its insulation, busbar conversion voltage (100 V), induced current (Class B) switching and mechanical life M2 (10 000 times) and other related type tests have smoothly been qualified, and the application of domestic and foreign power stations has verified the rationality of its design. The successful development of the three-station combination switch has realized the independent design and manufacture of composite combined electrical switchgear, and has provided equipment supports for the improvement and improvement of intelligent substations in the new era.
