基于多代理协调机制的能量路由器群组与配电网综合规划

Comprehensive Planning for Energy Routers and Distribution Network Based on Multi-agent System Coordination Mechanism

  • 摘要: 以电为核心的能量路由器群组大量接入配电网是未来用户侧能源供给的发展方向。针对能量路由器群组结构复杂、与配电网规划目标互不协调等问题, 提出了一种基于多代理协调机制的能量路由器群组与配电网综合规划方法。首先, 构建能量路由器代理模型, 以年规划费用最低为目标优化其内部设备配置及容量, 进行能量路由器规划; 然后, 构建配电网代理模型, 采用改进的prim算法并结合越限电压控制策略与越限功率控制策略, 进行配电网规划; 最后, 通过多代理协调机制完成能量路由器群组与配电网的综合规划。算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性, 在显著降低系统规划费用的同时, 有利于消纳可再生能源、降低配电网峰谷差率并提高线路利用率。

     

    Abstract: Access of plentiful energy routers with power as the core to the distribution network is the future development direction of user-side energy supply. Aiming at the complex structure of energy routers and the inconsistency with the planning goals of distribution network, we propose an integrated planning method for energy routers and distribution network based on multi-agent system coordination mechanism. Firstly, an agent model for energy routers is developed, and the lowest annual cost is taken as an objective function to optimize equipment capacity and planning energy routers. Then, an agent model for distribution network is built, and an improved prim algorithm, combining a control strategy for over-limit voltage and control strategy for over-limit power, is adopted to perform the planning distribution network. Finally, the co-ordination mechanism of multi-agent system is adopted to complete comprehensive planning for energy routers and distribution network. The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the method can be adopted to reduce system planning costs, absorb renewable energy, reduce the peak-valley difference of the tie line, and improve line utilization academic.
