基于模糊DEA的长时间尺度电能质量综合评估

Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Quality on Long-time Scale Based on Fuzzy DEA

  • 摘要: 电能质量综合评估对电网电能质量管理和电力市场环境下的“依质定价”至关重要,但现有方法较少考虑电能质量指标的变化过程和分布特性,未能充分利用电能质量监测系统所积累的海量监测数据,难以反映长时间尺度的电能质量整体情况。因此,在模糊综合评判的基础上,引入数据包络分析,建立了针对长时间尺度的电能质量综合评估模型,并提出了“电能质量综合偏差度”的概念,直观地反映了电能质量的偏差程度和趋势信息。最后,实例分析表明采用所提方法可获得长时间尺度的综合评估结果,反映电能质量监测数据的整体情况和趋势信息。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensive evaluation of power quality is very important for the governance of power quality issues and the "quality-based pricing" in the power market environment; however, in the existing methods, the change process and trend information on power quality indicators are rarely taken into consideration, and the massive monitoring data accumulated by the power quality monitoring system are not fully utilized, thus it is difficult to reflect the overall situation of power quality over a long period of time. Therefore, on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we introduced data envelopment analysis (DEA), established a comprehensive evaluation model of power quality on a long-term scale, and put forward the concept of "comprehensive deviation degree of power quality", which directly reflects the deviation degree and trend information about power quality. Finally, a case study show that the proposed method can be used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results on a long-time scale, and to reflect the overall situation and trend information of power quality monitoring data.
