针-板与棒-板电极结构在不同温度下的负电晕放电特性

Negative Corona Discharge Characteristics of Needle-plate and Rod-plate Structures Under Different Temperatures

  • 摘要: 电晕放电在实际工况下的放电特性与周围环境条件关系密切。为得到不同电极结构下负直流电晕脉冲特性随环境温度的变化机理与规律,建立了考虑环境温度影响的流体动力学模型,分别对针-板结构与棒-板结构的负电晕放电模型进行仿真计算。特里切尔脉冲序列、电场强度、电子数密度、脉冲峰值、脉冲持续时间和脉冲频率等物理量随环境温度的变化规律被系统地研究。通过计算分析发现棒-板结构模型的起晕电压较低,电晕脉冲的持续时间更长。随着环境温度的升高,不同结构负电晕放电形成的脉冲峰值、脉冲持续时间和脉冲频率均会随之变大,且放电空间内电场强度会更强、带电粒子的运动也会更加迅速。此外,针电极与棒电极尖端的曲率半径也会对放电产生影响,负电晕放电在曲率半径较小时更加剧烈。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of corona discharge under actual conditions are closely related to the surrounding environmental conditions. In order to study the mechanism and law of the negative DC corona pulse characteristics with ambient temperature under different electrode shapes, a fluid dynamics model in which the influence of ambient temperature was taken into account was established in this paper, and the negative corona discharge model of needle-plate and rod-plate structure was calculated respectively. The rules that the Trichel pulse, electric field strength, electron density, pulse peak, pulse duration, and pulse frequency vary with environmental temperature were studied systematically. Through the calculation and analysis, it is found that the onset voltage of rod-plate model is lower, while the duration is longer. With the increase of ambient temperature, the value of pulse peak, pulse duration and pulse frequency will increase. Meanwhile, the electric field will be stronger in the discharge space and the movement of charged particles will be more rapid under higher temperature. Besides, the radius of curvature of the needle and rod electrode also affects the corona discharge, and the negative corona discharge is more intense when the radius of curvature is small.
