Abstract:
In order to study the use of hot water to achieve deicing of power equipment, the characteristics of water jet during hot water deicing were studied. The structure was photographed and observed. The temperature spatial distribution test and impact force test of water jet under different influencing factors were carried out. Finally, the experiments of hot water jet deicing and leakage current were carried out. The research results indicate that, as the outlet pressure increases, the temperature of the water jet decreases slightly. The effect of the ambient wind speed on the water jet temperature is greater than that of ambient temperature. The temperature of the water jet increases as the nozzle diameter increases. The impact force increases approximately linearly with the increase of the outlet pressure and the nozzle diameter. The decrease degree of the impact force increases as the angle increases. The hot water jet can be used as a deicing medium for power equipment. The deicing time is related with the initial temperature of hot water, outlet pressure, ice weight and so on. The leakage current through the water jet is comprehensively affected by the distance, nozzle diameter, and outlet pressure.
