牵引冲击负荷对绝缘纸的机械性能影响及寿命评估

Effect of Shock Load on Mechanical Properties of Insulating Paper and Life Evaluation

  • 摘要: 为研究冲击负荷对牵引变压器绕组固体绝缘材料机械性能的劣化影响,首先设计了冲击负荷试验平台,在不同温度下进行了冲击热老化试验,然后对试样进行了拉伸强度与聚合度测试,根据试验结果分析了冲击负荷对绝缘纸的机械性能影响,最后提出了冲击负荷下绝缘纸的寿命评估方法。结果表明:牵引负荷对绝缘机械性能的破坏主要体现在牵引负荷频繁冲击带来的极不均匀温升,绝缘纸的拉伸强度和聚合度随周期性热冲击呈现出随冲击时间增加而减小的规律,这与热老化下的规律一致,但冲击热老化下拉伸强度和聚合度的下降速率较热老化慢;在较低冲击老化温度下拉伸强度某段时间出现“诱导”现象,即大于冲击时间较短的拉伸强度,诱导现象的临界温度在90~100 ℃范围内;在研究温度范围内,考虑周期性冲击对纤维素降解速率的影响,提出了一种冲击负荷下绝缘纸寿命评估方法并建立了拉伸强度与冲击时间的关系,并验证了其有效性,为后续相关研究与工程应用提供了一定基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of shock load on the degradation of the mechanical properties of the traction transformer winding solid insulation materials, firstly, we designed a shock load test platform, and performed shock thermal aging tests at different temperatures, then, the tensile strength and degree of polymerization of samples were tested. Based on the test results, the effect of shock load on the mechanical properties of insulating paper was analyzed. Finally, a method for evaluating the life of insulating paper under shock load was proposed. The results show that the damage of the mechanical properties of the insulation caused by the traction load is mainly reflected in the extremely uneven temperature rise caused by the frequent shock of the traction load. The tensile strength and the degree of polymerization of the insulating paper will decrease as the shock time with the periodic thermal shock increases. The law is consistent with the law of thermal aging, but the rate of decrease in tensile strength and degree of polymerization under shock thermal aging is slower than that of thermal aging. The "induction" phenomenon occurs at a certain time in the tensile strength at a lower shock aging temperature, that is, the tensile strength is greater than that with a short shock time, and the critical temperature of the induced phenomenon is in the range of 90 ℃~100 ℃. In the study temperature range, the effect of periodic shock on the degradation rate of cellulose was taken into consideration, so that a method for evaluating the life of insulating paper under shock load was proposed, and the relationship between tensile strength and shock time was established, providing a basis for subsequent related research and engineering applications.
