超临界锅炉刚性梁角部组件设计

Design of Buckstay Corner Components for Supercritical Boiler

  • 摘要: 主要介绍了超临界锅炉刚性梁角部组件的工作原理、受力分析,包括垂直管圈刚性梁角部组件和螺旋管圈刚性梁角部组件的设计,并且阐述了角部组件现场安装要求。结果表明:角部组件的设计需要注意零件的尺寸和数量,焊缝长度及焊脚高度,以及销轴和销轴孔尺寸的配合;在角部组件的安装过程中,应按照图纸进行焊接,以避免漏焊。

     

    Abstract: The working principle and force analysis of the buckstay corner components for supercritical boiler were mainly introduced, including the design of buckstay corner components for vertical water wall tube and spiral water wall tube, and the requirements for field installation of corner components were described. Results show that, the design of corner components should pay attention to the size and quantity of parts, the length of weld and the height of welding foot, and the size match of pin and pin hole. During the installation of corner components, welding should be performed according to the drawings to avoid missing welding.
