No Load Commissioning Test of an Industrial Back Pressure Steam Turbine

  • 摘要: 某工业背压式汽轮机按技术协议需要在制造完成后进行厂内空负荷试车工作,而背压式汽轮机组空负荷试车的流程、方案与凝汽式机组存在较大差异。结合具体实例,研究背压式汽轮机空负荷试车的方案、流程,分析实际试车过程中的重难点,可以为同类型背压式汽轮机空负荷试车提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: The no load commissioning test should be conducted on an industrial back pressure steam turbine after manufacturing stage according to technology agreement, while there is a distinct difference between the commissioning tests of back pressure and condensing steam turbines from the aspects of process and scheme. Combined with an actual application, researches were carried out for the process and scheme of no load commissioning test of the back pressure steam turbine, and key and difficult points of actual commissioning test were analysed. This may serve as a reference for the no load commissioning test in similar back pressure steam turbines.
