基于简易声源定位法的风力发电机组塔筒基础松动故障诊断

Diagnosis of Tower Foundation Loosening Fault in WTGS Based on Simple Sound Localization Method

  • 摘要: 以出现异响的某风力发电机组为研究对象,采用双通道振动检测仪器获取运行中产生的振动脉冲信号,根据信号传递的顺序运用简易声源定位法进行分析,将振动异响的频率与塔筒摆振频率进行比对,进行振动测试以确认振动异响的根源。通过综合振动分析和测试,最终确定了该风力发电机组振动异响的确切根源为塔底相关部位。采用简易声源定位法成功定位了故障,为风力发电机组的改进设计和运行稳定性提高提供了实际可行的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: Taking a wind turbine generator set(WTGS) with abnormal noise as the research object, vibration pulse signals generated during operation were obtained through using a dual-channel vibration detection instrument, and analyses were conducted according to the sequence of signal transmission based on simple sound localization method. A comparison between the vibration frequency of abnormal noise and the oscillation frequency of tower was carried out, and the source of abnormal vibration was investigated by vibration tests. Through comprehensive analysis and test for vibration, it is finally confirmed that the exact vibration source with abnormal noise is at the tower bottom of WTGS. The fault has been found successfully with simple sound localization method, and this can provide a practical and feasible technical way for the design optimization and operation stability improvement of WTGS.
