330 MW锅炉空气预热器隔仓板与元件间的缝隙对排烟温度的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of the Gap Between Grid Plate and Component of Air Preheater on Exhaust Gas Temperature in a 330 MW Boiler

  • 摘要: 为了分析回转式空气预热器隔仓板与传热元件之间的缝隙对排烟温度的影响,对某330 MW电站锅炉回转式空气预热器建立等阻力及等流速2种模型,计算不同隔仓板与元件间的缝隙下的排烟温度,得出了不同缝隙下的排烟温度。结果表明:缝隙小于6 mm时对排烟温度的影响较小,缝隙大于12 mm时对排烟温度的影响较大。通过计算结果与实际运行参数的对比,得出排烟温度的最大相对偏差为2.73%,验证了计算方法的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of the gap between the rotary air preheater grid plate and the heat exchange component on the exhaust gas temperature, for a 330 MW power station boiler rotary air preheater, two models of equal resistance and equal flow velocity were established to calculate the exhaust gas temperature with different gaps between the grid plate and the component, while the exhaust gas temperatures of the air preheater with different gap values were obtained. Results showed that, when the gap value is less than 6 mm, the influence on exhaust gas temperature is slight, and when the gap is more than 12 mm, the influence on exhaust gas temperature is greater. Through a comparison between calculation results and actual operation parameters, the maximum relative deviation of exhaust gas temperature is 2.73%, which verifies the accuracy of the proposed calculation methods.
