Research and Application of Upgrading Technology for Ansaldo AE94.3A EVO2+ Gas Turbine

  • 摘要: 介绍安萨尔多AE94.3A EVO2+型燃气轮机发电机组的主要技术优化原理,通过技术对比分析,阐述了该机组的节能及经济效益,并对AE94.3A EVO2+型燃气轮机发电机组本体及附件的国产化应用进行探讨。结果表明:AE94.3A EVO2+型燃气轮机发电机组的节能减排及经济效益提升效果显著;燃气轮机部件部分国产替代已具备技术和制造实力,已实现全面自主的燃气轮机检修维护,整机在全寿命周期内的成本将大幅降低。

     

    Abstract: The main technical optimization principles of the Ansaldo AE94.3A EVO2+ gas turbine-generator set was introduced. A comparative technical analysis was conducted to explain the energy-saving and economic benefits of the unit, while the localization application of the AE94.3A EVO2+ gas turbine-generator set and accessories was discussed. Results show that, the energy saving, emission reduction, and economic benefits improvement of the AE94.3A EVO2+ gas turbine-generator set are remarkable. Due to some of the gas turbine components are domestically designed and manufactured, and the maintenance of the gas turbine has also achieved full independence, the overall cost of the entire units over the whole life cycle is significantly reduced.
