燃煤机组脱硫系统增压风机轴系故障分析及处理

Analysis and Countermeasure for the Shafting Fault of Booster Fan in a Coal-fired Power Plant Flue Gas Desulfurization System

  • 摘要: 某燃煤电厂5号锅炉脱硫系统增压风机由定频运行改为变频运行后轴系多次发生故障,通过增压风机变频改造前后工况比对,结合增压风机轴系疲劳安全系数变化,发现轴系故障的主要原因在于变频工况下,轴系承受交变应力和惯性力加剧,增压风机轴系疲劳安全系数低于变频工况下设计要求。通过校核对轴系的叶轮、长短轴、联轴器等部件进行加固改造,有效地解决了原来存在的故障问题,提高了设备可靠性。

     

    Abstract: For the No. 5 boiler flue gas desulfurization system of a coal-fired power plant, to solve the problem of the frequent shafting fault of the booster fan after the operation mode changing from the fixed frequency operation to the variable frequency operation, by comparing the working conditions before and after the frequency conversion retrofit of the booster fan, and combining the change of the fatigue safety factor of the booster fan shafting, it is found that the shafting fault is mainly caused by the increased alternating stress and inertial force during the variable frequency operation, which leads to the fatigue safety factor of the booster fan shafting is lower than the design value under the variable frequency operation. Through the reinforcing retrofit for the impeller, the long and short shaft, the coupling and other parts of the shafting with checking, the existed fault can be effectively solved and the reliability of the equipment can be improved.
