塑料熔化对生活垃圾典型组分传热过程的影响

Influence of Plastic Melting on the Heat Transfer Process of Typical Components of Municipal Solid Waste

  • 摘要: 采用欧拉—拉格朗日模型,研究塑料熔化对3种生活垃圾典型组分(生物质、织物和纸类)的传热过程的影响。结果表明:熔化前塑料的升温速率低于其他3种生活垃圾典型组分,熔化后塑料的升温速率增加;塑料含量越高,熔化前典型组分的有效传热系数越低,而熔化后典型组分的有效传热系数越高;典型组分颗粒直径越小,有效传热系数越高,传热效果越好。

     

    Abstract: Based on Euler-Lagrangian model, researches were conducted on the influence of plastic melting on the heat transfer process of three types of typical components of municipal solid waste, including biomass, fabrics, and paper. Results show that, the heating rate of plastic before melting is lower than that of the other three types, and there is an increase in the heating rate of plastic after melting. With the increase of the plastic content, the effective heat transfer coefficient of plastic before melting decreases, while that of plastic after melting increases. For the smaller size of material particle, the heat transfer effect can be improved by a higher effective heat transfer coefficient.
