220t/h生物质循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化改造

Optimization and Modification on a 220 t/h CFB Biomass-fired Boiler

  • 摘要: 针对220 t/h高温高压生物质循环流化床(CFB)锅炉设计燃料存在偏差、炉内气相燃烧不稳定、NOx排放量偏高等问题,采取优化生物质燃料预处理及给料系统、深度分级燃烧改造、旋风分离器降阻提效等措施,降低NOx排放量,提高锅炉运行效率。结果表明:改造取得了较好的效果,NOx排放质量浓度可控制在100 mg/m3以内,CO排放体积分数可控制在2×10-3以内,锅炉热效率提升5.1百分点。

     

    Abstract: For a 220 t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed(CFB) biomass-fired boiler, the fuel properties existed differences with the designed fuel, the combustion of gas phases in the furnace was unstable, and the emission of NOx presented on a high-level. In order to reduce NOx emissions and improve the boiler efficiency, optimized and modified measures had been done such as optimization of biomass fuel pretreatment and feeding system, modification of staged combustion, reducing of the cyclone separator resistance. The results show that optimization and modification has achieved as significant results, the release of NOx concentration can be controlled under 100 mg/m~3, the CO concentration can be controlled under 2×10-3, and the boiler efficiency increases by 5.1%.
