燃气轮机进气压差建模方法研究

Research on Modeling Method of Gas Turbine Inlet Pressure Loss

  • 摘要: 进气过滤系统中的进气压差监测和控制对保障燃气轮机的安全经济运行具有重要意义。将进气压差分解为管道流动压差与过滤压差2部分。基于机理分析建立进气压差与空气流速之间的函数关系,同时引入修正因子,考虑外界大气环境以及过滤器容尘退化等其他因素对进气压差的影响。利用空气过滤器性能试验和现场运行数据,对所建立的进气压差模型进行验证,结果表明压差和各影响因素之间的关系与模型吻合较好。最后,通过结合进气压差模型与燃气轮机热力系统模型,分析进气压差对燃气轮机性能的影响。研究结果表明,当过滤器临近使用寿命时,异常环境因素对燃气轮机输出功率的负面影响较新过滤器更为明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of gas turbine, it is of great significance to control the inlet pressure loss in the inlet filtration system. This paper divided the inlet pressure loss into two parts: pipeline flow loss and filter pressure loss. The function relationship between the inlet pressure loss and air velocity was established based on the mechanism analysis, and correction factors were introduced to consider the influence of external atmospheric environment and filter degradation. Then, the model was verified through the performance experiment of air filter and the collection of field data, which shows that the relationship between inlet pressure loss and the influencing factors is in good agreement with the model. Finally, by combining the thermodynamic system model of gas turbine, the influence of inlet pressure loss on gas turbine performance was analyzed. The results show that when the filter is near the service life, the negative effect of abnormal environmental factors on the output power of gas turbine is more obvious than that of the new filter.
