Case Analysis and Countermeasure of 10kV Switch cabinet Failures

In this paper, the causes of one 10 kV switch cabinet failures in power system are analyzed in detail.Wireless transmission mechanical characteristic sensor, wireless temperature sensor and wireless transmission camera are installed in the 10 kV switch cabinet by means of Internet of Things, sensors, data platform and other technical means, and the internal components of the switch (position, foreign matter, insulation, discharge, heating and discoloration, etc.) are monitored online, so as to find the internal defects of the switch cabinet at an early stage and avoid failures.
