Study on The Abnormal Quality Bit of IEC 104 Protocol Message

With the development of power regulation and control integration and network communication technology, the IEC60870-5-104 protocol occupies an important position in telecontrol communication of power system, among which remote communication is a very important part of dispatching automation system information. Different comprehensive automation manufacturers understand the difference of IEC60870-5-104 protocol, resulting in parameter setting difference will cause remote communication error or failure. This paper is based on the abnormal quality bit of the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol message of the outgoing dispatching main station , the variable remote message information cannot be sent to the dispatching main station,analyze the remote message with the remote motivation , find out the cause of the fault and put forward solutions and feasibility suggestions .
