Study on utilization of deaerator exhaust steam in urea hydrolysis process

The exhaust steam from the deaerator of two 660MW units in Wangting power plant is directly discharged to the atmosphere, which not only causes a lot of heat loss of working medium, but also has a certain impact on the environment. If these exhaust steam can be recycled, it will be of great significance to energy saving, water saving and environmental improvement in power plants. Now, the waste heat of the exhaust steam of the deaerator is utilized in combination with the liquid ammonia to urea project of Wangting power plant.
